1/2 cup low-sodium soy sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/8 cup cold water
2 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp ginger root, grated
1 tsp sesame oil
2 Tbsp scallions
Whisk first 6 ingredients together. Stir in scallions.
Yields 1 cup.
